INGREDIENTS


  • three/four cup (1½ sticks) salted butter, at room temperature
  • three/4 cup granulated white sugar
  • 3/four cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/four teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all cause flour (see Recipe Notes underneath)
  • One 10-ounce bag miniature chocolate chips, divided
  • forty Oreo cookies


INSTRUCTIONS

MAKE THE COOKIE DOUGH:


  • In a large bowl, use an electric powered hand mixer to combine the butter, sugars and salt. Mix inside the milk and vanilla. Sprinkle within the flour and mix in. Stir in 1 cup of the chocolate chips.
  • Divide the Oreo cookies in half of (use a pointy knife to cut up them easily in half of). Do this cautiously so you don't smash the cookies!


ASSEMBLE:


  • Scoop 1 tablespoon of cookie dough onto each 1/2, then place the matching Oreo on pinnacle and squish together. Roll the edges in extra mini chips. Place on a platter, cowl and refrigerate until ready to serve!


NOTES

*To dispose of any dangers of using raw flour, toast your flour in the oven for 10 mins at 350 degrees F.  Then it'll be safe to apply in an uncooked cookie dough recipe like this one.
