You’ll Need:


  1. 3 tablespoons of cornstarch
  2. 1 cup of Nesquick powder (or Ovaltine or hot chocolate mix or whatever)
  3. 2 cups of milk (I used 1%)
  4. 2 tsp vanilla extract


How to Make:


  1. Whisk the cornstarch & chocolate powder together in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Slowly whisk in the milk.
  3. Microwave for 3 minutes, then stir.
  4. Microwave one more minute, then stir.
  5. Continue microwaving & stirring at one-minute intervals until it stops looking like chocolate milk and starts looking and feeling like pudding. (for me, this happened after 2 minutes)
  6. Stir in vanilla.
