- Thickener:
- 3.5 tablespoons (32g) cornstarch
- ¼ glass (63ml) cold water
Guidelines
- Dark colored Chicken Thighs or Chicken Bosoms: Warmth up Moment Pot utilizing Sauté More capacity. Hold up until it says HOT. This keeps chicken from adhering to the pot.Pat dry chicken and season one side delicately with salt + dark pepper. Include 2 tbsp (28g) unsalted margarine or olive oil.
