Fixings: 

  • 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch lumps 
  • 2 mugs low-fat buttermilk 
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed 
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil 
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano 
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, discretionary 
  • Genuine salt and crisply ground dark pepper, to taste 
  • 3 mugs pounded Acrid Cream and Onion Pot Brand® Potato Chips 
  • 1/4 glass unsalted margarine, liquefied 
  • 2 tablespoons cleaved crisp parsley leaves 


Headings: 

  1. Preheat broiler to 400 degrees F. Coat a cooling rack with nonstick shower and spot on a preparing sheet; put aside. 
  2. In an extensive bowl, consolidate chicken, buttermilk, garlic, basil, oregano, thyme, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper, to taste; marinate for no less than 30 minutes. Channel well. 
  3. Working in groups, dig chicken in pulverized potato chips, squeezing to coat. Spot onto the readied preparing sheet; sprinkle with the spread. 
  4. Spot into the stove and prepare, turning pieces part of the way through, until fresh and cooked through, around 20-25 minutes. 
  5. Serve promptly, embellished with parsley, whenever wanted.
