Fixings 

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken bosom parts (4 ounces each) 
  • 1 tablespoon generally useful flour 
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 
  • 1 can (16 oz) pineapple pieces 
  • 1.5 teaspoon cornstarch 
  • 1 Tablespoon nectar 
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce, teriyaki sauce,
  • or coconut aminos 
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper 
  • 2-3 containers cooked rice 




Directions 

  1. Adhere to cooking directions for your rice to get ready while you are making the chicken. 
  2. Cut the chicken into strips. Put the flour into a gallon sack and include the chicken. Shake to coat. 
  3. Dark colored the chicken with the oil over medium warmth in a skillet. Cook for 3-5 minutes each side or until cooked through and juices are clear. Put the chicken aside. 
  4. While the chicken is cooking, deplete the pineapple squeeze and save 1/4 glass. (You can dispose of the rest of the juice or spare it for another utilization.)
