Fixings

Cheeseburger STEAKS

  • 1/4 pounds ground hamburger (85% lean)
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp Mc Cormicks Montreal Steak Flavoring
  • 1/4 glass smashed pork rinds* (or 1/4 container breadcrumbs if not low carb)
  • 1/4 glass substantial cream
  • 1 tbsp crisp minced parsley
  • 1 tsp oil
  • salt and pepper

MUSHROOM AND ONION Sauce Formula

  • 1/4 glass diced onions
  • 8 oz cut catch mushrooms
  • 1/4 glass water
  • 1/3 glass overwhelming cream
  • 2 tbsp whiskey (brandy, bourbon, or rum) (discretionary)
  • 1 tsp hamburger base (bouillon)
  • 1 tbsp margarine

Guidelines

NOTE: THERE IS NO EGG IN THIS Formula.

Planning:

  1. Make a panade by dousing the pork skins (or bread pieces) in 1/4 measure of substantial cream until consumed - around 10 minutes. Mince the parsley and finely dice the onions.

Technique:

  1. Add the ground hamburger to a medium bowl, separating it as you do. Sprinkle the Worcestershire sauce, steak flavoring, and parsley over the hamburger. Include the doused pork skins (or bread scraps). Blend with a hand blender until the fixings are simply joined.
  2. Gap the prepared ground meat into 4 even bits and structure into patties. Season the outside with salt and a weighty measure of coarse dark pepper. (Loads of pepper gives the cheeseburger steak an awesome exquisite flavor.)

COOK:

  1. Spot a substantial skillet or saute dish over medium-high warmth. Whenever hot, include 1-2 teaspoons of oil and swirl to coat the container.
  2. Include the burger steaks and cook for around 3 minutes for each side. Expel the steaks from the container and spread freely with foil. Turn the warmth down to medium.
  3. In the event that there isn't a great deal of oil left in the dish, including 1 tablespoon of margarine and the mushrooms, mixing to coat the majority of the mushrooms. Cook for 1 minute. Blend and push the mushrooms to the sides of the skillet. Spread the onions in the focal point of the skillet and spread for 1 minute.
  4. Include the hamburger base and blend. Next, include the whiskey and water, blending to raise any sautéed bits that may, in any case, be adhered to the base of the container. Include the substantial cream and any aggregated juices from the cheeseburger steaks. Convey to a quick stew, decreasing the sauce until it thickens. Mix in 1 tbsp of margarine to give the sauce a pleasant sheen. Change flavoring with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve the sauce over the cheeseburger steaks. It is anything but a great deal of sauce, yet it's exceptionally delightful and fulfilling. Serves 4.
  6. On the other hand: After the sauce thickens add the burger steaks back to the skillet to warm for a couple of minutes. Turn the warmth down to low and freely spread with foil. Present with sauce spooned over best.
